I'm fifteen, and I want to start dance classes. I know this sounds really stupid but I don't really know how to ask my mum. Like how to bring the subject up. Should I literally, just out of the blue go, "mum, can I go to dance lessons?" ????? I guess probably the reason I feel I can't ask is that I've wanted to go for ages and I won't be able to face it if she says no.
Also if you go to dance classes or have been in the past, what age did you start? Did you know anyone in your class who started as late as me?
I work so I should be able to pay for them myself.
