This is driving me CRAZY. I love doing the newer exercise videos, especially the ones with belly dance or "strippercise" moves. They have me motivated to exercise again! However, these often involve a lot of spins, head and hair flipping. I notice that anytime I do this, I get very nauseated for around an hour afterward. I rarely get motion/sea sickness, but I'm positive that's what it is. I end up doing modified moves and avoiding the head tossing altogether, but I really feel like I'm missing out on a lot of the fun. If I just suck it up and go through it a few weeks, will my body/inner ear/whatever is causing this get used to it over time? My boyfriend loves peeking in on me working out, so it's fun to make it sexy...but I'd rather not look like I'm going to throw up on him after. :)
