Between sitting aroung watching youtube and various other things on the Ascend my speed dropped says 1x internet slowed down, I'm guessing I have to wait for my next billing cycle for it to return to normal, or do they just do it for a few days then return. I hate calling customer service due to the reviews i've read, hopefully someone has experienced this and tell me what to expect still have 2 weeks till next billing cycle. New to this got caught up using the phone :lol:
