Damn computer crashes again

I'm typing this huge report for one of my classes, then all of a sudden windows locks up on me..... I don't know how many times this happends. I saved but it was on about the 3rd page, and I was on my 8th, with 2 left.
 
PC's are like Individuals ...... they do what they want , especially when windows is installed harharhar........... Bill ya OS is little outta control i think!
