dallas or Ft. worth psychiatrists who prescribe xanax or valium

I have severe anxiety and panic disorder. I am taking EFFexor XR which heps with my mild depression but does nothing for the anxiety. Mu current dr. will not prescribe xanax, valium, etc. He said they are dangerous. They are the reason my life changed for the better. I was not abusing them but taking them as needed. I need a new dr.
 
older doctors are better with prescribing those drugs i think. the younger ones are more into ssris and are told that benzos are horrible for you. at least that's what i've experienced. one old doc had me so hopped up on xanax when i first went in with anxiety, holy cow! my doc now just gives me a new scrip of clonazepam every four months for 136 i break the .5mg tab in half. haven't abused them and we have a good relationship.

my regular doctor prescribes xnax and valium, as i have gotten both from him. he is in hurst....
