I'm thinking about applying to Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia for architecture. What are the requirements they look for when accepting a student. I'm from New York so I don't know much about applying to a Canadian University. If it helps, here's some info about me:
3.0+ Average (around an 82%+)
I go to one of the top 100 High Schools in America
Rowing for 4+ years (won two state championships 2008 and 2009)
Ski Racing for 8 years (won sectionals this year)
50+ hours of community service
I've taken a Comupter Aided Design class as well as a Civil Engineering and Architecture course
I've been to architecture camp and have taken a class outside of school for architecture
2 Advanced Placement courses (college level) junior year (and two next year, my senior year)
I'm very advanced in art
I'm on student council
I was invited/attended a 3 week People to People trip to France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Germany in the summer of 2009.
Also, I'm from the States so I'm wondering if that might give me an advantage.
