Dakine mission photo backpack; too big for a girl?

Im thinking of buying this bag for my SLR and equipment. But im worried its just going to compleatly swamp me!?
I know dakine design bags for girls and guys and im guessing this bag is more designed for a guys back and shoulders beacuse of course girls dont do photography or snowboard do they...
