I run 3-5 miles every day for fitness/weight management purposes. I am in lawschool, so I am running around 8 am every day for time management as well.
Breakfast seems to be an issue, as I am consuming more protein than carbs, and we know what fuels running (hint: not protein). My breakfast is like a Myoplex original shake (350 cals: 40 proteins 20 carbs).. But I might need something different, though I dont want something heavy, as running also helps with weight (which is not an issue, and I want to keep it that way).
What should I eat? Like wheaties or what (lol)
