d980 doesnt startup with inserted sim..

hi,i got a d980 which has such problem,if i dont put a sim inside the phone it starts up immediatly without any troubles but if i put a sim inside of it then it won't start up. i tried to update it's software with z3x tool and nspro but still the problem remains....


is it an hardware or software problem?

any way to fix this annoying problem?
