d15b on my 2000 honda civic ex?

im putting a d15b in my honda cuz my old d16y8 block has a rod knock so i rather get a new engine. What do i need to change for it to run smoothly meaning ecu feul injector etc and how much better is it than a d16y8
 
if its a d15b vtec then its practically the same...you would use all the stock components and harness from your original motor...and thats it...same amount of hp just a little smaller of an engine....
