cysts

Hey...ive been getting a lot of cysts lately. Some of them pretty big :-/ Is there something i should be doing to prevent these or to make them smaller?! thanks
 
Maybe an ice cube, altough some times that makes the skin around it red for a day or 2 in my case.

Asprin masks are said to reduce swelling : theres plenty of threaRAB of them in here.

Any other suggestions guys?
 
I hardly ever get cysts any more since Ive been using nivea cream soap, and nivea soft cream.

chances are the products you are using at the moment are to harsh for youre skin and aggrevating it, which is causing you to break out in cysts.

I posted a thread on here about how well nivea has worked for me, check it out!! you got nothing to lose at then end of the day ;)
