Cyst removed before military physical? Good? Bad?

Im going to have my Physical for the Army next Wednesday. I have a small cyst on my side that in getting removed tomorrow. Will that affect anything next Wed or should I be good because it is gone? Its non cancerous. Should I acknowledge it on Wed, im going to try to heal it up as fast as possible so there wont be any kind of scar. Im going to a walk in clinic to get it done not my regular MD. Please advise what I should do. Thank you
