Cyst, Argh Please Help

I have a large cyst, on my cheek. Problem is, most of it is under a mole, so it cant come to a head.

I have a date in two days. Which I think ill have to cancell I guess. My skin is almost fine except from this, but it looks horrible

Had the cyst about a week. It doesnt hurt when I move my face. Iv tried ice cubes and asprin masks, nothings making it go down at all :-(

Please help.

Treat it with Retin A if you have it, or use Benzoyl Peroxide. A good one is the Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10 which has 10% BP.
