Cylinder Misfire 2000 Honda Civic?

To all the car knowledgeable people:

I have a 2000 Honda Civic. It has 173K miles but alot of the miles was Tennesse country driving, alot less wear and tear for a vehicle.

The cylinder 3 recently began to misfire. I replaced the spark plug to find oil on the electrode. I replace the valve gasket kit which included the grommets around the spark plug cylinder. The grommets was the leak. Now I am still experiencing a misfire. There is no more oil on the plug and I ran an injection cleaner yesterday.

I'm out of ideas. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
 
Was the plug wet? did it have fuel on it? Check distributor cap if equipped, if not, check coil firing that cylinder.
