Cylinder Misfire 2+3 97 Ford Escort?

I have about $10k in mods in this car including a full PnP cylinder head. I had no issues for over a year but now a never ending CEL for 2+3 misfire with no driveablitity issue? Head gasket or coil driver(ecu)?
lmao, I took a 110hp car to 225whp. And FI soon enough. Ive seen these things go well over 300whp FI! as I am a moderator at www.feoa.net

Ive done every mod/adjustment/change myself..... NOS fed by ZEX.... but I need to figure this out before I install my m62 SC off an SLK Mercedes - were talking a 100% HP gain here! if I can get this figured out.
 
Go for the simple solution first - double check the plugs, and then the leads (both cheap to replace). Then the coil, then the timing, and only after all of that worry about the head gasket (have you got the yellow gunge under the oil filler?).
