About a year and a bit ago, I was cycling stupidly fast on my bike, and I mean reaaally fast,
I was stood up and pedalling really hard.
The chain completely slipped off, so the foot that was about to push down slammed into the floor, and all my weight and the speed of the bike forced the metal pedal to JAM into the back of my ankle
My ankle went purple, swollen, and it hurt like HELL
Since that day, every now and then my ankle would completely spazz out.
My tendon would flop OVER my ankle bone, it sounds unbelievable I know, but you could actually see it hooked over the pointy bone on my ankle, and I couldn't physically move my ankle.
So I would have to use my hand to unhook the tendon back around into it's proper place.
It would happen a few times a day and whn it did, it was just a normal thing, like 'oh.. sh*t my ankle's done it again' but as the months went on, it's done it much less.
Do you think some serious damage has been done, or do you think it will gradually get better over time?
