Cycling a small pond ???????????? ?

I am making a small 90 gallon pond tomarrow and was wondering what is the quickest way to cycle it?? I herd about some stuff that comes in a bottle that you squirt in and will cycle it in a week or two. Is this true? Whats it called? And does it realky work? Any advice with cycling though will be helpfull
