Cycled an hour on exercise bike...?

How many calorie should i have burnt?
and is that too much or too little time spent on it?
i plan on doing either everyday or every other day

completely dependent on how much you weigh, along with how much effort you put in.

125lb (8st 11) person would burn 400 calories if they put in moderate effort.

135lb (9st 9) person would burn 430 calories if they put in moderate effort.

145lb (10 st 5) person would burn 460 calories if they put in moderate effort.


I reckon that it's the right amount to do though - if you're doing it one hour every other day, then that's an average of 30 minutes a day, the recommended amount of exercise in a week.
