So snapped some pictures at the show today. Overall was a good show. Not so big that you couldn't see it all in 3 hours or so. Bummer was the Duc Hyper demo rides were full for the day by 10am, and the show opened at 9:30!! Also, was not so great that it was just Hypers as demos from Ducati. All the other dealers had pretty much full model lines available. Oh well. Ducati also had some sweet Tissot timepieces that will be available for 2009. They will be pricy but for anyone with a fine watch fetish, they are the business.

I also apologize if some of the pics aren't that great, I forgot the good camera at home and only had my iPhone, oh well. Here you go:

696 Carbon termi setup:

Carbon insets on the 696:

Neiman Marcus 696 sported a great paint job and a cool rearset:

White Hypermotard:

It's evil twin:

A couple pieces of '09 apparel:

Some more in the next post.......

Interesting damper location though....

And that's it! Thanks for looking, and again, sorry if some of the pics are kinda weak....

Very cool. Thanks for taking the time to share with us.

Wish I could go. 2005 it made it to Denver. Broncos had a home game, pore turn out for Cycle show. Good for me, not so for the promoter

Nope. Not a single one. Was bummed at that too. In fact, one of the corporate guys said they were supposed to have one each of the Monster 1100 in each color and an 1100S, but only got a plain-jane silver one with a red frame on it. I am sure some of the later shows will have more bikes. This was the kick off show so.....but again downer that the "North American Launch" of the big Monster was such a let down.

Oh, and those Tissot timepieces, start at $1400 and go up. I would have gotten a picture, but they wouldn't even take one out of the display for me to snap a picture. I was wearing a Tissot that cost twice that and they were afraid or something.....like I would try to run out of the booth with it in hand and the wife in tow....

ooohhh, Ducati Tissot. Does anybody else have pics or news or links? I've been searching for one of the Fortis chronos but tough to find in good shape with box/papers. Will have to wait to see what the Tissots look like now.

azmcs, I assume the ones in the case were automatics? Not a big fan of their quartz MotoGP models

Jeff, not sure. I hope so. They didn't have a lot of details yet. The hands weren't moving though so I assume auto. I have a quartz Tissot T-Touch along with my auto and it is pretty nice...for a piezo-electric device
