CX75 hang after Unlock!!?

I unlocked siemens cx75 with papua v1.1.1 (standar methode:Calc Skey+Boot key;calc hash;Fr
 
...need to format your phone. Enter in Service Mode, Format FFS and click on FFS (0).

bro insert cable to the phone press service mode in software then press power button u see service mode in ur phone display then press (del assistance) in software a lil windondow appear in software that show which u need to format then press ok wait for operation done

ok friends
when i Push shortly the key(Red Power On) the phone swiche-off,I waiting a long time but nothig, the phone still off.??
NB:the phone is connected to the cable

my be I muste connecte the phone into "Normal mode"againe????
 
and when I reconnecte it into "Normal mode"this is the log

after 2 minute the phone power on with whit screen and the probleme still the same
realy it's very difecult to format this siemens!!!???

...I suppouse to fullflash your phone. Seems to the EEFULL blocks is corrupted.
