CX70 Dead

It has been dead for nearly 2 years now, but I decided to try and fix it...

It will not boot, or respond to charging - no sign of life!

aaannnddd there is a slight problem with my data cable - it's also dead...

Any suggestions will be apeciated

...try first to rehot CPU. Manny times here is the problem...
