CX65: i can't write bootcore.

hi i have CX65, phone don't powerON.
i made a reheat and now phone can communicate with papua software.
i tried to make repair this cx65 by way as described in AllBugSGold.exe (papua way to fix all x65 software problems)

but at first step x65PapuaUtilsV079g can't write new bootcore.

shpuld i change flashIC or CPU to enable writing bootcore. where bootcore is stored? inside flash or CPU?
