rules
long nails should be kept french tip(dont always wear wite, try other colors on the tip)
short nails could be any color.
a good place to buy earrings is "claires" or "icing".
if the shirt is light the jeans must be dark; if the shirt is dark the jeans must be light.(this way the colors wont get lost in each other
if the shirt has designs, try to wear with plain shoes(preferably that are the same color as a color that the shirt has)
if the shirt is plain wear some colorful shoes with a crazy design(preferably ones that have the same color as the shirt.) try some vans or chucks. google/colorfulvans or google/colorfulchucks.
if it is a dress make sure its knee length- that being said if u r showing cleavage dont flaunt ur bottom. if the dress is tight on the butt than u should probably make sure ur cleavage isnt showing. make it one or the other so that u wont look hoochie.

earring- try the donut shaped earring or bamboos. (dont wear gold bamboos with brown or yellow cuz it looks like ur trying to hard to match.) (gold bamboos look nice with red, blue, and green) they can be bought at target.
or u can try the little beads earring with a bead neckalace(same color) if the shirt is open it gives it style.
try not to waer extra high heels, maybe some flats or wedged heels.
finally dont wear too much accesories, make sure it balanced or u will lose the essence of ur outfit.
