Cute cheap clothing for teens in Illinois?

Well i am in grade 7 and i want cute cheap brand name clothing because your a dork at my school if you have babyish clothes like me so like my mom has a limit of no more than 5 dollars on a shirt you get the point. We have money its just my mom finds spending lot of money on clothes unessescery. So can you give me some store that sell what i wopuld like. I usually shop off clearence racks. Please help
