Hi, I live in England and am thinking of spending around ?100 on an American wholesale website, am I likely to have to pay customs charges on top of this? On the Revenue & Customs website it says it's normally for items such as perfume and tobacco but I had to pay customs charges on some t-shirts from America before.. Why does this happen and what items does it effect? Please help thanks.
