today my ex shows up at my house to pick up the baby and i told your not taking him this is my time with him i'm dropping him off tomorow night like the court orders say.
then she yells out side that "he wont let me take him" then one of brothers comes through my door while she picks up the baby from playing his toys and leave and she had another brother of hers outside waiting. my son was crying so hard he didn't want to go we were in the middle of playing with his new toys. .. so right after i call the 911 i told whats up then an officer showed up i gave him the run down on what happened so now i got a the incident report from the officer and he told me she is clear violation of custody terms and informed me to go back to the court house in moring and file also restraining orders against her brothers.
so this just happen and i would like to know what do you think my odds are now if i try to get full cusdoy. and any other info you guys can help me with i so need plz thank you very much
