The father of my daughter wants to file for custody, he refuses to work and lives off of me. he is my babysitter while i work. Well i am going to be leaving him soon to live with my new boyfriend and i plan on taking our daughter with me because he refuses to support her. The father says he is going to file for custody and keeps writing down everything i say and do. Do you think there is anyway he can get custody?
