Currently, is it possible to sue Yahoo?

My connection is very slow *whispers* it's like 46.6 kps.........and I am paying by the minute to be here. I can well do without Yahoo's constant asthma attacks and caffeine fixes. I'm not here to pay for those.
I'm here to chat to me mates. So can I sue for distress and inconvienience?
