according to this article ^ these economists are "discussing" amongst one another and suggesting that our country has been suffering from structural unemployment.. but why though. I can't figure out why that is and why they seem to be claiming so.. it's somewhat.. unclear.. Why do they think the U.S. is suffering from this?
