A week after the same dog bit a teenager. Is it fair to blame the dog solely for its actions? After all dogs very rarely bite unless they've been aggravated or tomented.
What do you think?
Or is it time to bring the owners of such temperamental dogs to book?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying its the breed of dog, I'm saying its the irresponsible owners thats in the wrong.
My friend has a pit bull terrier and she is the most cuddly, friendliest dog I've evr met.
I think its the way the owner brings the dogs up.
