I have a 265gb flash drive that is in FAT format. I've heard a lot of people say that NTFS is better. If I formatt the flash drive to be NTFS, will I still have the same amount of space? Will I still have 256gb? Also, will I be able to use it with both Windows Vista and Windows XP? I've been having some problems with it, like when I copy folders that have sub-folders in them to the flash drive, the files don't show up. Like the folder will be there but the files aren't in the folder. Maybe if I formatt is to NTFS I won't have this problem?
