I got arrested few years back and i was hoping to get in military ideally navy also tried army but because of the offense its pretty much a no go. I was curious do each recruitment office get the same quota nation wide or do some have higher or lower. If they are not giving waivers where i am would it matter if i moved then tried again at a place that may be low on quotas that might be easier to get a waiver.
