I was just looking into these fields of medical billing/coding. I was curious on a few details. See, I'm a stay at home mom and I'm unable to venture out to a job. I was wondering just really how credible a profession in medical billing or coding is. And also, looking into these fields, I saw a lot of schools online offering courses...Are these actually accredited schools? If anyone has pursued a career online with medical billing or medical coding, perhaps you can give me some details on exactly how to go about it. If it is a reliable and reasonable option, and what to expect if i were to step into these courses and career.
