My friend was diagnosed with lupus a little over a year ago, hes currently having a flare up. He has a fever,hives, achy, tremors, hot flashes. I"m really concerned about him and i want to help. What are some ways to help him feel at ease? Is there anything specific he needs to eat, drink or take or anything that i could get him, to help him out? Thanks if you if you can help out!
