long story short my wifes grandparents own 5000 acres in florida and all of the family lives on it. her uncle is a pretty shitty person and has a felony for lewd and lascivious act and is an overall problem for everyone in the family..i know he goes out occasionally and shoots bird and misc. and is in possession of a couple of rifles in his house on the property. what would be the best way of basically having the police bust him while having myself remain completely anonymous in the whole situation?
