i have been taking antibiotics for 3 days now, i worked the last 2 days and the swelling got fairly bad and it started hurting a lot more. With today off the swelling has gone down and it is less painful but the redness seems to have spread further. I imagine that the redness spreading is a sign that is it getting worse and not better? how much does the swelling and pain have to do with how much it is healing?
