Curious about a Scorpio guy....?

Okay, so there's this Scorpio guy at my school, he's a sophomore and I'm a junior and a Taurus female. So the attraction is already there on my part. So he knows that I think he's good looking and blah blah blah. But the thing is he has a girlfriend, which is a Libra, he's been with her for like. 2 years. But the thing is, my friend, who is his friend, always tells me assuming their relation.ship is on the rocks, Well, today I was at the store with my friend and he was at the same store with his gf. The thing is, all of a sudden. I turned around and I could tell that he was looking at me, but I looked he looked away. So later, he was sitting at this bench thing, and I had to past by him, and my friend told me he was just looking at me and turnin g his head basically all the way. In other word s, he was just looking at me a lot. So, I'm thinking of just giving him a subtle smile so me time this week, just to grab his attention. What do you think I should do?
