OK so i have tried everything and anything for past 10 years and im 23 and i can finally say i hae finally found the cure and it is so easy. i took accutane and antibiotics and used every kind of skin medicine in the world over the years. i developed bad candida. i drank alot and ate bread and skin was always bad. well ne ways i wentto naturopath and determined i had candida and so i stopped drinking and eating anything with gluten or yeast and cut out al sugar. i then started taking threelac with digestice enzymes and oxygen element plus and a fiber supplement which all together cost around 100 bucks. its been 15 days and my skin first week broke out horrible from i think all the toxins getting out of my body but im on day 15 and i havent had one new pimple for about a week now and this is the first time in 10 yrs my skin has looked this good. i also jus wash with natural soap and do nothing else. if ne one has questions ill reply in greater detail. but if have adult acne and have used antibiotics over the years and nothing seems to work [removed]
