My question is simple: Do you think I should go to the Culinary Institute of America or Georgetown? I love the art of cooking and would love to get into it as a career. The only problem is I don't cook a lot. I love watching shows and the such but I just don't have the resources to actually cook. I also love history. I love to learn about world history. My uncle knows the head of admissions at Georgetown and he said he can help me get in. The only problem is I still need to do outstanding in school. I need a 3.9 GPA and at least a 2100 on my SATs. I don't really see hows he's helping me but I digress. I have the capabilities to pull this off but I don't know what to do. I would really appreciate your opinions. I also like writing and seem to be quite good at it. By the way, I am a Junior in High School.
