I’m just going into high school, 9th grade, and I’m interested in the culinary industry, but my school has no cooking classes and I have no clue where to start. =( I’m often told I’m a pretty good cook After I graduate I plan on going to the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, and possibly going to study abroad in Paris, France. But like I said, I have no clue where I should start, please start.
