CT Driver's License With NO Car...?

I don't have a car to use to take my test so therefore I haven't signed up to take my license test. Is there anything I can do? I don't have ANYONE's car to borrow so it's not an option.
the car would have to be registered...
friends say no
family is in different states or doesnt even care...
