Css/Html help, website design. Two backgrounds?

For a project I'm making a website and I have a paper texture for the background... what I want to do is apply doodles on top of the paper texture. So it looks like paper with doodles on. (For the background) I only want the doodles to appear ONCE around the main content (which will be fixed centered) and I want the paper to be tiled.

Like this site for example http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_X3-DoFP1yfI/S2YXC6gJ1YI/AAAAAAAAAbs/7snSb-9a9GQ/s1600-h/ScreenShot089.bmp

Is there a way I can tile the paper and not the doodles? So when I zoom out maximum on a browser I have my main content in the center, some doodles around the edges and then white paper covering the screen. Will I need 2 background images? How do I put this in my code? I'm self coding so I have my html and css files. Hope it makes sense, is hard to explain. Thanks
