Crying baby ghost cartoon?

I found a small cartoon of a crying ghost a little while ago. It's a six-panel monochrome comic of a little ghost crying, and in the last panel being comforted by a human's arms. It's incredibly cute, and I was wondering if someone could identify where it came from. A movie, perhaps? I don't know. Here's the image:
