hi i have a 2000 gt eclipse it is 5 speed, now due to the insane gas prices i cruise in neutral as much as possible. Now in the book it says dont Coast in neutral because " it is illegal in some states" now my question is, by coasting massively in neutral am i causing any slow engine damage? also due to pressing in the clutch alot to shift into neutral am i causing premature damage to the clutch? THANK YOU!!
