cruise control how do I get it working on my dodge dakakota 1994?

I am trying to fix the cc on my 94 dodge dakota. One guy answered and I went to look but I couldn't see what he is talking about. I am not a mech and I am disabled so its hard for me to crawl under the dash with one leg. I have to fix this because of only having one leg and I can't afford to get it fixed living on a fixed income. So if there are any mechs out there who can tell me what to look for I would appreciate it. TX>
 
after checking fuses go to trusted mechanic,,,[or dealer if you don't have a mechanic] shame on you

its all sensors and electronic voo doo..nothing you can fix with screwdriver or pliers
