Okay so I'm a XC runner and me and the team went on this 3 day camping trip well before I left for the camping trip I weighed 100lbs. All we did while we were there was run and do activities. I came back from the camping trip and ended up gaining around 10lbs. So now I weigh 109 I feel so fat for some reason, and no it's not because of my period or anything. I don't know how I could gain that much weight in that amount of time because I was running around 13 miles each day, I don't know what's up?
