Crooked Steering Wheel on 2004 Honda Civic!?

I recenlty bought a 2004 Honda Civic EX 2 Door Sport Coupe Special Edition with a VTEC engine.

Now my problem is the steering wheel, everything else is fine.
When i'm driving on straight roads I can't hold the steering wheel straight or it begins to drift to the right. The original owner said he took the car for an alignment before he sold it to me. At home I checked the tire PSI it was low on all sides at first but then I pumped the tires back to their PSI ratings.

I did another test drive, it was less than before but I still need to hold the steering wheel very slightly to the left. The steering wheel to go straight needs to be at about 5 degrees turned to the left. It's very annoying.

I had my father test out the car, with me in the passengers seat, and I explained how the steering wheel wasn't straight. He said he noticed nothing, he believes that holding onto the steering wheel 5 degrees to the left is "normal". I told him to center it completely and watch the car sway to the right, but in order to save his wallet he would do it and then correct it and claim it to be just right. Bunch of BS!

In a completely straight highway if I make the wheel centered it'll switch me into the next lane!

The car recently had its alignment by the original owner before he sold it to me the next day.
I've been told it's because the steering wheel wasn't properly aligned during the wheels alignment?

What should i do?
Tires are new
No receipt from original owners alignment
I hear for Civics there's no adjustable rear camber.
