...check. Howevr in 2001 i was arres? have just recieved my disclosure form, after having a C.R.B check. Howevr in 2001 i was arrested after a drunken night out and was fined £5O. I have never before or since been in any trouble. I have been working for my employer for 15years and am afraid i will loose my job when i hand them my disclosure form. I did not tick the section about previous arrest as I had totally forgot about it and was told by a friend my conviction should be spent, whatever that means. pleases can you advise. Regards p.s i was charged with Drunk and Disordely. Minor assault on a policeman
