Can you tell me how my poem is? Bad, good, okay? Rate it from 1-10 please? Suggestons? I wanna improve my writing.
Poem 1-
Your thoughts run parallel to mine,
And yet you don’t know.
For I’ve hidden them,
From you and the rest of world to see.
No one but you and me,
Could possibly understand these thoughts.
If you heard them,
Would you love me?
I wish you knew.
I wish I had the strength to tell you…
Poem 2-
I live a life of dreams
Happy dreams, sad dreams, scary dreams,
Weird dreams, funny dreams, day dreams.
They exist in my head,
My own little world.
If you say they can’t come true,
Well,
That’s a lie.
They can.
They will.
They have.
In my world everything’s possible,
I’m a princess, an actress, a doctor,
An athlete, a scientist, a pilot.
I am,
And if you don’t believe me fine,
Because you don’t exist in my world anyway.
Poem 3-
As i look
upon my past.
thinking back,
I wonder.
Why?
Why did they do that?
Is there rhyme or reason?
I think not,
just hurt.
And as I look
upon my past.
thinking back,
i remember.
Why?
Why did I accept it?
Will I ever know?
I think not.
I will never know,
however
I will remember
the pain
the sorrow
everything.
They won't.
Which one do you like best? Are they good or bad? I have to submit something to get into a creative writing class. Which one?
