I would like to know whether when applying for a training contract for a solicitor or barristor job, if you have to declare all criminal convicitons, including cautions, or only unspent criminal convictions and not cautions.
In other words, when applying to a law firm for a training contract, is the criminal record check enhanced, like that of applying to the police or when working with children, or is it a standard check the same as most other jobs?
